We are located in Richland County in Mansfield, Ohio, and are centrally located midway between Columbus and Cleveland. Located at 1200 Rock Road, we are the first driveway north of the bridge that crosses Route 30.

Important: Mapquest, GPS units, and similar websites may incorrectly show our driveway on Route 30 — this is not correct.
Coming from the East on Route 30:
Take Route 309 to 4th Street.
Cross Lexington-Springmill, pass TSC and Mabee Road, then turn right onto Rock Road.
Coming from the West on Route 30:
Take the 4th Street exit.
Turn left onto Rock Road.
Our driveway is the first on the right after crossing the bridge over Route 30. Look for:
A long gravel driveway
A sign that says Alpaca Meadows
A red mailbox
Once you turn in:
Pass the large building on the left (that’s Petty Farms, our sons’ business).
Drive toward the house.
Park in front of the building to the right of the house — that’s where our Farm Store is located.
Overflow Parking and Restrooms
If parking in front of the Farm Store fills up, overflow parking is available at Petty Farms (the large building you pass on your way in).
Need a restroom? There is a porta-potty behind the dumpster at Petty Farms — feel free to use it if needed.
Our sons’ business, Petty Farms, is at this location also, so you’ll want to drive past the big building on the left of our driveway, head toward the house, and park in front of the building to the right of the house where you will find our Farm Store.
