Alpaca Meadows offers free shipping for shopping cart totals of $100.00 or more within the Continguous USA (lower 48 states). Customer with qualifying purchase should proceed to final page of checkout process in order to select the Free Shipping option. To keep the shipping cost low, we ship the least expensive method depending on package weight. Shipping upgrades are available if desired. The type of service and the carrier will be selected by Alpaca Meadows.
SHIPPING
We ship Priority Mail via United States Post Office within 48 hours of payment, and make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly. Delivery is 2-3 business days, more near the holidays.
USPS First Class Mail is available for lighter weight packages weighing under one pound.
International buyers are welcome! If you do not see your country listed, please contact us for estimated shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Overseas customers please permit 6-10 business days.

NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
- Alpaca Meadows wants to make your shopping experience as smooth and easy as possible. Our no hassle return policy allows you to shop with total confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us we’ll happily accept returns and or exchanges within 30 days of your order date for a full refund.
- To return an item, simply mail it back to us with a note, letting us know if you would like a refund or to exchange the item for something else. We will send you a confirmation when we process your return.
- Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.
- Products needs to be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags in place.
- Return policy does not include custom sized items we have made for you.

- In a some cases, an item may have been drop shipped from a different address than our own. For fastest return processing, please return items sent from another address directly to that address and send us an email to let us know.
