With this Yarn Ball Winder, you can transform hanks or skeins of yarn into compact center-pull balls (or cakes) that sit nicely while you knit or crochet. A clamp secures the ball winder to the table while you wind skeins up to 3.5 ounces (100 grams). Best when used in tandem with a Yarn Swift or Skein Winder.


Note: The metal yarn guide arm comes folded against the ball winder for shipping. The guide arm needs to be moved and positioned opposite the winding handle for correct operation. Once put into position, the arm cannot be moved back.
