This pillow has an alpaca needle felted to the front, complete with a tuft of alpaca fiber on her forehead, referred to as the top knot. Colorful hearts circle her head. The design was created by needle felting alpaca wool roving onto a patterned gold upholstery fabric. A coordinating floral patterned fabric was used for the back. This unique pillow measures approximately 11" x 11" and is stuffed with polyester fiber fill.

WHAT IS NEEDLE FELTING?
Needle felting is the process of repeatedly pushing a barbed needle into a tuft of fiber, agitating, compressing, and locking the fiber together into a more dense mass of fiber. The entire process involves hours of time and lots of poking with a felting needle to shape and create the finished design. Each felted piece is a labor of love.
