Enjoy a class at Alpaca Meadows with other fun loving creative people, though many that attend claim not to be creative!  Learn something new or brush up on skills previously learned.  Class participants should be 16 or older, but kids 12-15 may register with an adult companion also enrolled in the class.

This yarn is mill spun from suri alpaca fiber and is a two ply Fingering Weight yarn. This yarn has been spun into a silky, soft yarn, then hand painted in shades of green. This yarn was made from the fiber of an alpaca named Aerosmith at Swisher Creek Farm. The owners of this farm have raised many prize-winning alpacas throughout the years. Morning Star Fiber Mill did the processing of this beautiful yarn.

Alpaca Fiber is one of the world's rarest natural fibers. Luxuriously soft, exceptionally light, and warmer than wool, alpaca fiber is abrasion resistant and maintains its insulating properties even when wet. It is considered by many to be a "miracle fiber". Suri alpaca yarn has a beautiful drape, perfect for shawls and cowls.
