Alpaca Art Yarn - Indigo, White, Beige, Light Fawn, Medium Brown 17957

This thick and thin, bulky art yarn was hand spun from uncarded locks of Suri and Huacaya alpaca. The fiber was hand-dyed before spinning with a Gaywool dye color called, Indigo, combined with White, Beige, Light Fawn, and Brown, all natural colors. It is plied with a light blue Cotton crochet thread and has fluffy tuffs of fiber and wispy curls of fiber protruding. It has a lovely feel, is luxuriously soft, and fun to work with. The twist has not been set which which results in a bouncy, springy yarn that can be knit, crocheted, woven with, or worn as is!

This art yarn would make a lovely scarf/cowl with a sweater, or a very unique gift! I have made purses, headbands, lariats, and used it as an accent with other yarns.

This type of art yarn would make make a very unique hat, headband, scarf, or cowl. It can be used as embellishment with other yarn. Alpaca art yarn also makes a very unique gift for a fiber friend!
